The hotel had spotlessly clean rooms that matched the description, with a mini bar available and an immaculate bathroom. The room was spacious, clean, and very warm, although it was a bit too hot even when set to the minimum of 19C. The location was close to the airport, perfect for our needs, but a little awkward without a car due to infrequent buses to the center. The dining experience was reasonable but lacked urgency in replenishing the buffet, while the buffet itself was rather chaotic and ordinary. The staff were reasonably attentive until it became clear I wanted to charge dinner to my room, then left me waiting for about 15 minutes. On the upside, they were very helpful with local advice and accommodating our needs traveling with bikes ad well as welcoming us with a drink. The facilities were a bit mixed, as the room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services were good, but the buffet was self-service, including tea/coffee, and felt average.
